Mali had a very personal life changing experience before changing careers and joining The Washington Group. The situation triggered a true understanding of how valuable time is and that life can be full of profound surprises. Her perspective on life and death changed completely. She wanted work that she could be passionate about. She wanted a job that would fulfill her in every way. Mostly, she wanted to help people realize the importance of time and the necessity of preparation, not only for the good times, but also to safeguard from the worst possible scenario.
She also wanted to find a career that would inevitably allow her the time and financial resources to reach some of her personal goals … taking her family back to her country, helping her parents to retire early, and publishing her own book.
Mali´s short time with The Washington Group has been both challenging and rewarding. She never imagined she could completely start over in a brand new industry with no experience. However, the extensive sales training coupled with strong administrative support and having a mentor who is always willing to give her his support have made her more confident in her new role. The Washington Group offers a safe environment for her to share any concerns or frustrations.
